Digital Access & Fulfillment Policy
Official Feature Entertainment Group (OFEG) provides access to digital content, experiences, and platform-based deliverables through a secure, account-based system. By completing a purchase, users agree to the following terms regarding access and fulfillment.

Digital Access Model
All products and services offered by OFEG are delivered digitally. Purchases grant access to content such as live streaming, on-demand programming, and exclusive media experiences through a registered user account. No physical goods are shipped or delivered.

Fulfillment of Services
All products and services are fulfilled digitally through OFEG’s secure platform. Access to purchased content is granted upon successful payment or within a defined timeframe based on scheduled programming or availability. Fulfillment is considered complete once
access to the purchased service has been granted and made available to the user. Transactions are final once access has been granted and fulfillment is completed. In the event that a service cannot be delivered as originally described, OFEG will provide alternative access, rescheduled availability, or comparable digital content of equal value.

Account-Based Access
All access is tied to the user’s registered account and is non-transferable. Sharing, resale, or unauthorized distribution of access is prohibited.

Platform Positioning
OFEG operates as a digital access and streaming platform. The company does not sell physical tickets, facilitate ticket resale, or operate as a ticket marketplace.

Transaction Records & Verification
OFEG maintains internal records of all transactions and service delivery, including timestamped acceptance of terms, account access activity, delivery confirmation, and
customer communications. These records are used to ensure accurate fulfillment and support platform integrity.
